So this will allow us to use it at different computers as we visit each other. Is it possible under their terms and conditions?
In short, a license is personal, and therefore you would each need a personal license to use FL Studio. You can’t start using it individually, especially at the same time. If you do this Image-Line may detect the license being used by multiple persons and revoke and deactivate the license.

Can I install FL Studio on more than one PC (if I own a License)?
Yes.
With conditions:
We are reasonable and understand that many people have a home PC, laptop and possibly work PC. As long as you are the only person using FL Studio there is no problem. The best way to ensure this is to install FL studio for your account only (not ‘All users’). So yes, multiple installations where you are the only user, is allowed.
Abuse:
Be aware that abuse of this privilege will not be tolerated. Where we detect more than one person using the same license, your Software licence can be revoked and deactivated (see our End User License Agreement).
Caution:
